Attention Chili Heads

To all my fellow Chili Heads here on PW, I want to report on a great source for truly tasty salsa. Lava Salsa, he sells at Hilo farmers market and Makuu, not sure where else. His salsa reflect a true understanding of combining the heat of my favorite peppers "Naga Jolika,and Habanero" with others to make salsa's that have a terrific combination of heat and flavor. He will pretty much custom create a salsa to your specs, at least he has for me. If you like it hot I recommend his Ghost salsa, but even the wife who doesn't care for really hot dishes finds his milder forms to have great flavor. I'm not associated in any way with his operation, but I did want to pass on what I consider to be a real find. Enjoy[]
