Council to Decide on Plastic Bags for Big Island

Many years ago I had a temporary job as security at a courthouse. I had the unenviable job of looking through ladies (used loosely in many cases) purses. It was all to common to find that they had several pets riding in the purse. Now imagine a home where the homekeeper has roaches in her purse. Now imagine her kitchen. Now imagine the canvass bag (complete with sticky food spills etc.) and the pets that will be residing there, just waiting for the next field trip.
