Council to Decide on Plastic Bags for Big Island

Here's a site offering a large variety of bags, including string and canvas. I've been taking my trusty cloth bag to Trader Joe for a fill up for a number of years now, and have noticed a marked reduction in the number of paper sacks I recycle. I also like string bags, but there is a tendency for small items to 'sneak out' through the mesh! (Don't you just hate it when the TJ 3 pack of chocolate doesn't make it home?)
