Something that really bothers me!

I never used a leash, but I wouldn't rule it out in all circumstances. The example B.B. posted above demonstrates why some people shouldn't have kids, but I would be very reluctant to otherwise judge someone for using one. I still recall the time I briefly lost my youngest som in a large mall. It scared the holy crap out of me. I couldn't imagine how he could dissapear so quickly. I later found out that when we walked to the other side of a short aisle from him (short as in about six feet) he didn't see us. He was physically only about four feet away but he thought he had been left behind and hauled ass (ran) through the mall. That's how he disappeared so fast. I was thinking abduction. As I said, it scared the holy crap out of me.
