I like Shane and his death defying ways. He reminds me of people who throw hurricane parties. It is both courting death and death defying at the same time. Start by admitting, from cradle to tomb, it isn't that long a stay! I would never go out on that boat because having used 7 of my 9 lives I am more conservative now. I want it all to last longer. You know --fade away and radiate. Don't wanna sniff nothing that throws little strands of glass into your lungs or touch anything hotter than a warm biscuit -- as much as I'd like to. I especially don't want to be cremated as I drown. But after you've stared down a hurricane, you are willing to watch others accept more risks as they extend their hands to waltz on the water with the Goddess whose name I shall not speak here (wemember -- we must be vewwy quiet!!). We should be proud of Shane and of the most terrifying small business in the world, next to the cobra charmers of India.
