Kani Lehua, what you've mentioned is the problem with many ready built homes. They take designs for LA or Ewa Beach or Kwaihae and plunk em in the forest. One obvious sign is the paint and nail bleed. Most use flat paint and gun nails, both of which don't work here. At least use good grade semi gloss as it can be cleaned and doesn't retain moisture. Mabe the nail heads can be spot treated, but who's going to do that? No matter what, your north wall is going to turn black.
