That's a double-edged sword since the dues/fees reals estate agents have to pay to stay in business are increasing and the sellers are netting less too.

Years ago I considered a real estate career, thinking it to be a lucrative choice. I was surprised at just how low the typical real estate agent's income is. Even worse, I was surprised to see how much variation there is from year to year in income.
