Lostboy again is sure all the problems are "locals". I've seen cows with their udders ripped apart in Kamuela and damage done to calves in Puako, all from very well off transplants with purebreds who were let loose at night for security, and took off to form packs, terrorizing the ranch cattle.
Paraquat on a hotdog did the trick, lousy thing to do, but to see a beautiful breeding Guernzy get so ruined was sickening. Of course "my little schnauzer wouldn't hurt anything" is the owners reply, and haoles are as much or more guilty of such than locals.
