let me clarify. If their is a dog chasing livestock or wild life you have every right to kill it. just do it humanly. either trap it and turn it in or shoot it. maybe some of those well to do people that don't really want to embrace Hawaii will wake up if not maybe they will go home, I am not one of those well to do people, I am just as poor as the rest of you in puna, trying to find a better life and embrace a new culture.
