For what it is worth, I've been looking at ferrocement (specifically monolithic and curved) as a building material for awhile now and I only find encouraging statements on the internet such as...
"The design and construction technique (monolithic ferrocement)are particularly suitable for regions subject to severe earthquakes"
More anecdotal evidence.

3. Domes even without steel rebar such as the Pantheon are still standing after about 2000 years.
