Changes in latitudes,Changes in attitudes, and conservative slant.
It was not long ago, at least it seems as though, lefts were the ones to gang.
Right wing I may not be, a moderate tis me, though apt to sometimes rant.
But my views that were Right, I then held close and tight, dodging a forum hang.
The pendulum has swung, irritation has sprung, maybe it's gone too far.
Lets try to remember, this last of December, to be fair to all views.
Blunt all those long knives, seek patience in our lives, but sharpened wits' on par
But when it has swung back, please keep fairness on track, kindness should not be news.
A point we should all note, when some that are wrote, at first seem to insult.
Read the words once again, as if by a best friend, assume their best intent.
Then reread them for fun, try and look for a pun, were smiles the sought result?
Humor should lighten life, when stress tends to run rife, it is our best invent.
Puna is very diverse, an asset not a curse, and yes it does lean left.
When tolerant of all, there can't be any wall, blocking thought or reason.
Those of "liberal" view, should be accepting too, of most all of the rest.
