There was something about HCC limiting the unit to 30 continuous days after which you would have to leave the property and return the next day to start a new 30 days. HCC does allow mobile housing (Trailers and RVs) to be use as permanent housing if it passes all codes and requirements just like a regular building. Not sure if there are any RV’s or Trailers that are built with required hurricane or earthquake measures. Of course any subdivision rules limiting the time or barring it will come into play as well.
