hi carey, i have been wondering the same thing... they sure have an ocean view now, heh? i think if they are paying their camping permit fee (10$ per day), then they would be legal... just a question of where to dump the holding tank? i think you can also legally park on your own land if you get a camping permit but again, if no one complains there really isnt an issue.
