They DRAG the tourists to WalMart. It's pitiful.

Yes, Hawaiians love Vegas. The reason is simple: New Orleans is too far. People who live on an island will get island fever from time to time, and Las Vegas is the very antithesis of what Hawaii is about: loud, brash, thousands of brilliant lights, well known stars in big shows. It's a great place for Hawaiians to go, but I would bet that most Hawaiians wouldn't want Las Vegas to come to them. I know I don't.
