As 'parchment' coffee, storage in a dry, clean place can be for an entire year.

Taking the parchment off the green (unroasted) coffee bean is the challenge. Once that parchment is off, spoilage will increase rapidly.

We get our parchment coffee husked and roasted at Hilo Coffee Mill in Mountain View.
