Opening day for Long's

Just wondering if there has been a day set for the doors to open. I was by there this morning and a bread truck appeared to be making a delivery. I know there are preservatives in commercial bread but I'd think the store would be opening sooner than later! Might not want to buy bread the first week it's open!! LOL
