Homeowners Insurance in Nanawale est.

Dick, I'm curious. Does it not concern you to buy in Lava Zone 1? I noticed when I looked at property in '07 how real estate agents on this side tend to ignore the lava zone other than as it hinders financing and insurance.

It's easy to get in the mindset that because Kilauea has been using more or less the same area to vent from for about three decades, that it will stay that way, but it's not that long ago that the ground opened up in Kapoho.

I thought about living on the East Rift Zone and I didn't like the gamble.
I know some people say they are OK if the lava does come and take the house and land.
Are you OK with it, or do you just believe it probably won't happen?
