Kathy, as you know, I own a house in Lava Zone 1. In fact, I have owned six houses there during the years. The way I see it, if the lava ever reaches as far as Leilani Estates or Nanawale Estates, this whole island will be screwed and the value of all properties will be pretty much worthless regardless of where they are.
PS. Lava viewing air tours from Honolulu will be doing pretty well though! [Big Grin][Big Grin][Big Grin]
