I think it's safe to assume that everyone with contact info got the mail.
It can't be a bot, this site does the "are you a human" check.
I've read of people retaliating on spammers using yahoo addresses by setting up a fake login page, redirecting them there, getting their password, taking over their account and shutting it down. They can always start another, but you can warn the suckers who have already replied. If only I had the time...
