Lava zone 1 and 2 insurance

It doesn't affect us, we're using Lloyds of London which will be cheaper than HPIA.

StillHope, that would require subdividing-request for rezoning-hearing-improvements. Probably not worth it.
David, I asked and the agent said they didn't know why either. You can't insure land. He said it was just a "quirk" in the way business is in Hawai'i.
