You clever little bitch ;-)
In 2020 I will live in a HPP with paved roads. Population will be continuing to grow and subdivisions are filling. The economy has been good. Village centers are happening as per the Puna plan although are behind schedule and not all have been successful. Roadways are jammed and everyone is debating (still) PMAR.
In 2050 I'll be ancient if still alive (but I'll still look good lol). Puna will still be a secret to the world at large but will be the preferred place for people to live. Residential prices will have caught up with and in some cases surpassed the rest of Hawaii. Smart urban planning and forward thinking green minded people as well as the unique position of being last to urbanize will allow Puna to avoid mistakes made on the other islands in more rapidly developed areas. MAYBE Puna will have some real infrastructure.
What can I say I am a dreamer.
