Norios is at the Fairmont Orchid (Kona side obviously)

Ever been there?

I have been there a few of times and it is so darn good. Chef Norio is from Japan, flys in fresh fish from Tsujiki Market, Honolulu fish market, the whole nine...

Ive been spoiled there so much I am afraid to try anything other than Norios...

But I am always willing to try new things especially on advice from a "pro-sushi-eater" as yourself...
