When baking with chocolate and lavender, I infuse heavy cream or 1/2 and 1/2 with lavender and them mix it with the choc - heavenly! Same concept as the infusted honey, you heat up the cream until hot, stir in about 1-2 teaspoons of lavender, take off heat, set aside and let steep until cool, then strain out the buds. This is super yummy in hot chocolate drinks and in chocolate mochas. Yes!!! grow lavender!!! best to you, Ann
