Michael Joslin (Multi-Facetted Homes in the Shipman ind. area) stocks higher-end panelled wood doors in various woods, mainly mahogany I think. Don't believe he has pre-hung though. Not sure if he's still carrying a lot of variety in these lean times, but he's been a good source of nice doors for entries and for builders needing something not available in the ordinary building supply door selection.
