We make the 12! Mmmmm Good. Not sure on how the yeast was cloned, but my friend and son said it is pretty easy. Just need to get it growing in an existing bottle by adding a little sugar and then growing it in a separate container. My friend said that this beer actually is supposed to get better with age and has set aside a couple of cases with waxed tops for 5 years and 10 years out as an experiment. We brew this at a place called the Brew Keeper in North Ridgeville, Ohio. We live in Ravenna, just outside of the Cleveland/Akron area.
