Actually, I don't think anyone in Hawaii truly believes a N.Korean missile could make the 4,500 miles from there to the Hwn Islands. But it is a major sabre-rattle, aimed at the birthplace of the U.S. president, at a time when the N. Korean leader is doing everything possible aside from mooning the world to get attention.
Maybe his increasingly belligerent behavior will sway world opinion enough that a stronger military power could do the world (as well as his own citizens) a major favor by justifiably taking him out.
Sometimes it's easier to let things play themselves out...as in watching our County Council implode on itself.
