I forgot to add that there was a 4 wheel drive road from HPP that people could use until vandals started abusing it with atv's and leaving trash behind.It was blocked off and that is now the hiking trail.
If they granted access to a few there would be complaints from those left out.To grant access to the disabled would be reverse discrimination.
