I don't think anything would come of complaining about setbacks and building violations except to create ill will.

However,a rat infestation is a serious health issue and I would probably call the state health dept at 974-6006 in Hilo and at least discuss what options you have.

Wasn't there a recent discussion on rat lungworm disease on here and in the newspaper??
