If you have called the police and haven't gotten any help, call the police again during regular business hours and ask for the Chief. You likely won't get him, but it should get you up the rank ladder a fair ways. Insist on speaking with a Capt. or above. When you get someone of sufficient rank, you need to point out that several calls have been made and all you have received to date is inaction.
