You said "renee has been bitten more than once by our dogs while trying to separate the two males who were fighting. we have had them since birth (2001). we won't be getting rid of them any time soon."
Third time to ask. I, and some others, I am sure; would really like to know:
What is the purpose (or point) of keeping any dog that makes it a habit of biting people unless the dog was actually defending the owner in a severe situation?
How many times being bit still constitutes an accident?
