I'm thinking about getting a Solaro Attic Solar Fan installed to help eliminate the heat inside our house during hot full sun days. It cost $1,000.00 installed for (1) 12inch solar powered fan that can either be installed by cutting a hole through the top of our metal roof or attached to the attic side vents and wanted to find out if anyone else is using this and if it makes a big difference in room temperature. I'm kind of leary about cutting holes in my metal roof to install this but the dealers says that installing it on the top of my roof would be the most efficent.
