There was a lady at Singa Hall last fall that had some great covered memory books & photo albums. Chuysmom mom got me an album with volcano prints that is totally Hawaii.
There is a wickedly good & reasonable seamstress at Hilo Market that may be able to make the linen suit, Or call up the Discount Fabric Warehouse off of HWY 11 in Hilo, or the quilt shop in Downtown Hilo to see if they have any seamstress up for the job.
Also check out Jungle Love in the Malama Market & Rainbow Jo on Keawe in Hilo... and there is always the Goodwill & Sally Shop (Did you know that the Sally shop sometimes sells brand new Zig Zane closeouts?) Of course that is another place, Zig Zane IS high end, but fun. Don't remember if Joys on Bayfront in Hilo has mens clothes.... there are a couple of others that might have the top, then add white slacks...
The type of outfit you are talking about is a fairly easy construction, & if all else fails, give me a call... I have done them in a past life & can crank up the ol' sewing machines, but would rather direct you to those who make their living at this...
