if it's like the original one in Honolulu, it should be screaming. You pick the meat and the ingredients/condiments and the food is then prepared in a giant wok for your enjoyment! I know over the years there have been quite a few knock off of the original "Mongolian Barbeque". Hopefully thesepeople will do it right?
