I love this place and eat there every chance I get to go to town, but I do have one big problem with it - I don’t know how to tip. We usually leave $1 each in the jar at the grill but then, do we tip again at the table? There is a wait person who brings water and soup and rice and may check back a time or two, but does that rate 15-20%? Is $1 for the “chef” enough. I go out amongst ’em rarely, have never been very smart about tipping, and am totally confused by this situation - can anyone offer some simple guidelines? Mahalo!
