We always tip 20% of our total tab, you can split it up if you think the cooks won't get any, but it's just easier to put it on the total at the end. Usually the establshment has a method of splitting it all up. If 20% makes us look cheap then we can't afford to go out an eat anymore, which we do rarely anyway. We do intend to try this place next week. Hopefully it will be as good as the reviews on PW.
