While I can understand Bullwinkle's distaste with a few broker's he may have encountered in the past, I think the rant in this case is mis-directed . He cited cases of steering, inappropriate builder relationships, non-disclosure, and conflicts of interest with some past brokers, and then somehow circled back around to this seemingly innocuous statement, taking all of these past incidents out on John.
