John you are stating a presumption, as fact. Do we see a pattern?
The truth in the case being whether I talk to the board or not .... up to several other agents I have quizzed and my attorney to see if its worth his time to look over my shoulder, To be absolutely honest....
I would not make a decision like that with out due diligence, the jury still out. The biggest response so far is that you have made enough of self inflicted mess in the debate and to let it be - I tend to lean that way in all honesty ... Im not a vindictive or ego driven moose, more of a moose in the china shop really.... basically harmless until cornered.
I do have an email from Mr. Rabbi inviting me to file the complaint. Assuring me you will Win is that your basis for fact? An invitation does not a filing make. If youd like to self report to examine the issues as done in some professions , I can spare an afternoon if that is the case

Easiest solution.... list those with a financial dog in the fight as vendors in their tag. So when they come in to mash or sell the newbies everyone knows whats up

and ... they don't do real estate hearings in court, Folks go to court criminal proceedings etc, the board of real estate handling ethics may as well clear that unfounded statement up too.
