Realtors/Real Estate Agents in online forums

I just don't get this, where one guy gets scrutinized beyond belief for an unimportant comment that should have been left for what it was. I have invested in lots of areas, and if any of you or some broker wants to give some comment about it, who cares? So now every broker has to be identically neutral on everything? Can people form their own thoughts and original comments based on the collection of their own experiences? Has ANYONE on this forum been held to such a standard?
