Funny. For some reason, that old saying "No rain, no rainbows," suddenly springs to mind.
My guess (and this is purely speculation, you understand) is that those lucky folks with the additional sprinkles probably get 35% more Rainbows, Silver-linings, and accompanying Pots-o-gold as well!
Which is why (and again, I hate to draw hasty unfounded conclusions), I imagine folks up in that neck of the woods are 35% more likely to be pleasant and well-adjusted, happy-go-lucky, go-with-the-flow, neighborly, and just-plain-nice than all us nasty ol' curmudgeons down here nearer to sea level where I've always lived!
