As a relative newcomer to Puna politics, I am continually amazed by mayor Billy and his cronies Mushroom management approach to open government IE "keep them in the dark and feed them lots of s**t". Anything that crew can do to stifle public input or knowledge of government activities is apparently OK. Of course, not having voted for that idiot may color my perception, but I don't think so.[]
