I would only quarantine just like its always been done, when you contract the disease, to prevent the spread. If you stay healthy fine, if you come down with the disease then you are quarantined until no long infectious. Seems simple to me, you exercise your right to refuse vaccination, if you become ill, the community protects itself from the consequences of your freedom of choice.
