Sound-proofing Supplier

If someone does this again from scratch, use the Castleblock-type heavy ICF instead of CMU for the walls (designed correctly it could also be the roof). The stuff is used for highway sound absorption in Austria and it would do the best job without the potential of catching fire from the hot and flammable substances there.
