You will live, in fact the USDA does have permissible bug part limits in the foods we eat (OK GROSS... but true!)

If the larvae is in the flour, you will see more hatched out little brown beetles, that is all. Not appetizing, and enough will destroy the quality and taste of the flour (read the linked page) but not deadly. Best to call WalMart & return the unused portion.

WalMart should be alerted that they may have flour beetles, as this can also spread in their store - very not good for them... another reason I do not understand their new store layout with pet food in close proximity to pantry products... I always learned that was a no-no...
