Malama O Puna will hold its annual general membership meeting on Wed., May 9th at 4 pm in the cafe room at Luquin's Mexican Restaurant. Guest speaker will be Dr. Ann Kobsa on ALULA BAY ANCHIALINE POOL RESTORATION & MANGROVE CONTROL PROJECT. President Rene Siracusa will give the first quarter financial and programmatic report. This will be followed by election of officers and attendee input. Luquin's no host bar and menu of dinner and pupus will be available (i.e., Dutch Treat). Everyone is welcome but only members in good standing can vote. However, new and renewal memberships will be accepted prior to the election. There will be socializing after the meeting.
