Carrie, I wish I could respond to your request for information. It's kind of like the surf report though; No matter what's forcasted, you just have to go down and look for a definative answer.
The deflation event that dakine mentions is showing much lower on the tiltmeter graph than it's been since I can remember;(-4.5 as of now). It usually starts inflating back up at zero and this event is still plumeting. You may want to check it tonight before it stops altogether.
In any case, the moon will be sparkling on the ocean.[
