I have seen plenty of dogs need rescuing this year. times are hard.

I had a friend years back who hit on hard times. He had 4 wolf-mix dogs that he cared for like family. Things got so bad (we didn't know) that he couldn't afford to feed them. He got up one morning and shot them all. He almost went off the deep end.

So when someone abandons a dog, it might be because....
