I see the point you are making, but it has no valid conclusion. I have watched century of self, and i understand very clearly the brainwashing that is everywhere.
you sound like you are a fan of the model that the movie zeitgeist proposes. maybe i am wrong in your understanding, but..
"And imagine that you did not have to barter and trade for a hamburger, but could just walk into a store, like it was your house, and the cook would just give it to you freely?"
the problem with this is what if the cook does not want to give it away freely? Is this cook somehow an inherently different type of human than we have been throughout history? has social darwinism had its way with him and he is not the product of tons of future social evolution? If he is different because he has been "freed" from his brainwashing burdens, how did that occur? hash this out for me please.
I predict that pahoa burger king will be the busiest burger king on the east side of this island.

808, this just struck me. You said: "society would build computers, but it takes SPECIALIZATION, and possibly i want to SELL THEM to go get some hamburgers, but if there is no economy i can only TRADE them for something... NOW THAT SUCKS,,,"
Do you hear how conditioned you are for hamburgers! The entire system has you a slave and is dangling the promise of a hamburger in front of your face! "If I don't get hamburgers I don't want to be free!" :^) This is why we do not revolt today, commercialization has conditioned us so well and made us a slave to our desires. (For more on this, dod a google video search for the BBC documentary "The Century of the Self")
