Tulsi for President

Spoken like a true, say-what-they-tell-me-to-say Democrat. The party loves him.

EDIT

I used to think Republicans were the worst examples of group-think. It's now clear that the Ds are even worse.

Kahele is now on top of the pile of the other 3 Hawaii congress people who jumped off the cliff...Not a Leader among them

So we don't want our Hawaiian congressional representatives to investigate (with solid evidence) whether laws were broken, crimes have been committed, or coverups occurred, just because everyone else is looking into it?

Even if it's the proper course of action?

bold by me...The alleged direct evidence was not available and could not have been viewed by any of the folks in the heap below the cliff, except for maybe Kahele. If he read the evidence and and took the leap, he will be perfect for the machine here in Hawaii...

turns out the alleged direct evidence was second hand, making the actions taken by these folks questionable.

What could have been the motivation for such haste action?

You do understand that at the moment this is an impeachment INVESTIGATION by House committees, not impeachment by the full House? The complete, direct documentation required has not been forthcoming. In fact, the administration tried to hide it. That much is known.

Most of our Hawaii delegation wants this investigated, they want full documentation, not the administration’s summary, not an incomplete “transcript”. If you’re concerned that second hand evidence is lacking, don’t you want first hand evidence brought forward so you know what really occurred? That is what Hirono, Schatz, & Case are asking for.

1st ? ABSOLUTELY...for ALL such investigations whether Democrat, Republican, Green, ya get the idea?

2nd ? Tulsi takes a -we can afford to wait for more information- attitude before we take the other bold stance of _IMPEACH_...The mark of a Leader

Tulsi calls for forign policy single issue in next debate.

The DNC, however, stressed that there is already a debate system in place, and officials cannot change the rules in the middle of the primary.

above taken from this link...https://thehill.com/hilltv/rising/463173-tulsi-gabbard-calls-for-foreign-policy-focused-debate

Hope the DNC considers and votes for this single issue debate request from Tulsi.

Unfortunately, if we followed Tulsi's approach all we would do is wait. Do you think 1st hand info will be turned over without impeachment inquiry/investigative hearings and subpoenas? I'll answer the question for you. No. The real leaders in the Hawaiian congressional delegation are demanding the direct evidence, not waiting for nothing.

The “transcript” was only provided after the House committee requested it.
We would have nothing if it were up to Tulsi, as she doesn’t believe anything needs an inquiry or investigation.

The “transcript” is nowhere near the complete conversation. If you believe the information brought forward by the whistleblower is second hand, the “transcript” is too. It’s a summarized, modified version of the original dialog, carefully calibrated so it’s negative impact on the public is reduced to a minimum.

Next up, House committees will ask for, or if necessary subpoena the source material. That’s what Hirono, Schatz, and Case would like to see.

Tulsi? Once again she’s asking for nothing, and that’s all we’d get if it were up to her.
