Who, or what department was originally responsible for allowing the cart come before the horse process to happen?
Why did the TMT permit and ground breaking ceremonies come before the granted contested case hearing in the first place?
Did they not know the legal process and laws or were they intentionally trying to avoid a very important process?
Why is this same BLNR Chair and board handling this TMT situation again?
Why is it in their hands again, Don't most of us already know what they wanted to begin with?
The many protectors who were forced into action due to the handling or mishandling of the TMT permit process are still being ignored and underrepresented in this continued TMT process. jmo
