Both BLNR chair Suzanne Case and Stanley Roehrig have been very involved in this TMT issue from the beginning.
Who does Suzanne Case and Stanley Roehrig represent?
Should These two have been allowed to be called to the stand in the TMT contested case hearing?
Why were Suzanne Case and Stanley Roehrig disqualified from being called to the stand?

In this recent video some here may recognize both Suzanne Case and Stanley Roehrig. Their positions, opinions and voices within this TMT issue may influence many.
These two did have a choice to testify or participate at the contested case hearing didn't they?

Who, or what department was originally responsible for allowing the cart come before the horse process to happen?
Why did the TMT permit and ground breaking ceremonies come before the granted contested case hearing in the first place?
Did they not know the legal process and laws or were they intentionally trying to avoid a very important process?
Why is this same BLNR Chair and board handling this TMT situation again?
Why is it in their hands again, Don't most of us already know what they wanted to begin with?

The many protectors who were forced into action due to the handling or mishandling of the TMT permit process are still being ignored and underrepresented in this continued TMT process. jmo

It has been clear all along that a certain core group of protesters merely enjoy tilting at windmills. This is part of human nature and I don't actually decry the existence of such individuals, it being an inescapable part of human nature. I do decry the silence of the majority of native Hawaiians who don't want to appear as though they are not true Hawaiians. Ironically their silence is what does not do Native Hawaiians justice. At this point, arrests occurring would be a refreshing sign that sanity is prevailing.

MarkD - Instead of having people repeat the same thing they have written on all the TMT threads we've had on PW over the years, why not contact PUEO and ask them? You'll then be able to post what they say and start a new and fresh discussion. This way you'll be asking native Hawaiians for their own views.
