I for one am disgusted as to how the Wednesday night meeting went. Who again is the President of the BOD? Does she have a puppet or what? Since when does a Secretary run the meetings? Actually I am glad she did not conduct the meeting because I feel she is unprofessional and very rude. She is way over her head at being President of this Association. The President does not know the Bylaws at this stage of the game and because she is so intent on showing everyone else is wrong, I feel she will never get it. Way too emotional and frankly ill equipped. Please Please get her off the BOD. My husband and I left early because of the bickering and such. I really believe if we can get her off the Board, the BOD could very well come together and actually accomplish something.

All that crap you have bee spewing about first hand info because you attend the meetings proves to just that, crap.

How many times did you post that the board DID NOT purchase an new mower?

So far the board has purchased a zero turn mower, a pick-up truck and now the tractor mower all without the vote of the board and deliberation.

The only piece of equipment they voted on was the tractor mower but they only had 4 directors voting on it which makes it an illegal vote.

Was there a decision made to not follow through on the approved expenditure? Can you tell us which meeting and where the minutes are for that meeting if that was the case? Or was this purchase something that just fell between the cracks?

I am glad I quoted Karma in the above post, because it looks like they are going through and deleting posts they made that were untrue, and then denying they ever said it. Clearly, Karma claimed "this piece of equipment was never purchased" and now because they didn't use the word "mower" they are claiming plausible deniability. There are a bunch of quotes from Karma insisting there was not a purchase made of a very expensive piece of equipment for dealing with vegetation, it doesn't really matter if it is called a "mower" or something else, you kept claiming it wasn't purchased and now we find out the money was spent on very expensive equipment without following a prudent process for spending our money.

$85,000 was not spent on a piece of equipment.

Karma- You seem to spend a lot of time backpedaling. Throwing rocks at others, and then trying to pretend that you don't. It seems like some people have figured out to quote your own words before you forget to delete them, then you take offense when they catch you in a lie. To quote yourself, "you are a liar".

facts that are unsubstantiated lies.
Folks pointing fingers, blaming, attacking.
HPP is a great place to live. Go out and enjoy it, or continue to spin your negative karma.
